Does anyone else struggle to stop when they have a treat or a snack?

If I open a bag I something or a big bar of chocolate lately it’s like I have to finish it. I can get some and put it back but then it’s like I can’t help myself going back to the cupboard for more. I generally eat healthy otherwise and am normal weight. Does everyone do this? I feel like I never used to but it’s like I have to have it. Not pregnant. Any suggestions?

My favorite chocolate bar is the dairy milk jelly popping candy one. When I get it out of the fridge to have a few squares, I have all the intention of just having a few squares. But before I know it, I've eaten half the bar & then I'm thinking about whether to eat the other half as well 🫢

I get this especially during the time I’m PMSing

@Izzy girl same. I eat really well, balanced, healthy. BUT the couple days before my period I’m a garbage disposal! A bag of chips hates to see me coming 😂

I eat an entire bag of chips before bed multiple times per week 😂😭 the other nights I have the forethought to pour them into a bowl to limit myself somewhat, lol.

Mine isn't generally Like a sweet treat it's generally a savoury snack like crisps! I'd rather munch on them then eat sweets. And when u munch on crisps it goes on and on 😂

Glad it’s not just me, feel like I’m out of control sometimes 😬 maybe I need to just not buy it?!

I polished off an entire XL dairy milk Easter egg to myself in about 15 mins. No shame. I don’t do this weekly and I was enjoying it. Otherwise I follow the Zoe diet and eat 30 different plans and non processed foods, so it’s fine
