What’s the best way to improve milk supply exclusively expressing noticed a drop in milk the past 2 days how can I increase it so I don’t have to introduce formula

Are you open to having your baby latch? Just wondering because I exclusively pumped with my first because of his latch and other issues. I just couldn't make it work. Now with my daughter I'm able to nurse and pump and she gets more from latching than what I get from pumping. (Tested it with weighted feeds)
Supply and demand to get your milk up. The more you pump or better yet latch the more you will make. The more you remove the more you make. At 3 months your supply regulates which means you won't over produce anymore, possibly less spraying, no more engorged boobs (soft boobs) The more you latch, hydrate and eat the more you make.
