Anyone got a terrible sleeper?!!!

18m old has slept through the night a total of like 7-10 times in their life. I’ve tried everything. So tired, just looking for solidarity.

Bad sleeper over here too! I’m with you 😭❤️

We’re over here on the sleep struggle bus too! It’s been rough.

Thanks for the solidarity. I feel like I can’t get anything done because I’m so drained.

Yes! My almost 18m old has also only slept through the night a handful of times in her whole life. So glad I’m not alone. We’ve gone to the doctor about it and even had her get bloodwork done… she’s completely healthy. Just won’t sleep well 🥲

My 18 month old now sleeps thru the night, most night 8-12 hr stretches. But he was a nightmare from birth to 1 yr old with sleep so I'm finally getting a break.

My daughter has slept through the night one time. It was 2 days ago. We have been working on her falling asleep in her own bed instead of us rocking her. It was her pediatricians recommendation for poor sleep. We’ve also been sleeping in the living mg room since we only have a one bedroom apartment. I have baby #2 coming in February and I’m really hoping she starts sleeping through the night by then

@Jessica what did you do that made the Chang happen? Or did your baby just start sleeping better?

@Sarah He goes to daycare so that makes him tired but we now only give him 1 nap a day at daycare and at home on the weekends that is usually from 11:30 -2pm. It seemed to change everything! He now falls asleep by himself at 8:30ish and wakes up about 7am

@Jessica damn 😫😫😫 She’s not in daycare but she only takes one nap for 1-2.5 hours depending on the day. I try to take her to the park or the library everyday so she gets time to play around with other kids. I’m praying for a miracle

I honestly think it’s pretty normal. Also. Idk your exact situation, but the definition of “sleeping through the night” only means a 6+ hour stretch. So that could be 7pm bedtime and then waking up at 1am. We usually get a 6-7 hour stretch of sleep for the first half of the night, but a 10-12 hr stretch has only happened a few times for us.

Solidarity, momma! My 18 month old struggles with sleep, so much. I'm right with you!
