My beautiful daughter is 4MO and is everything I could’ve hoped for in a daughter and we are SO happy together 💜 my Bd who lives in another state now and abandoned me during pregnancy and only reached out a month after she was born (has yet to meet daughter irl) wants 50/50 decision making rights. Tomorrow is the one year anniversary when he abandoned me after telling me to my face “we’ll figure this out, don’t worry -text me when you get home safe”
In addition to the one year anniversary of this abandonment, our lawyers are meeting tomorrow to start discussing how they’re going to handle our parenting plan mediation.
Staying strong and praying on it but my gosh I feel emotional and stressed about it

@Bria yeah I literally don’t know why he cares to participate now-it feels like he’s just doing to try and exert a power move on me since I’m doing fine without him
Sounds to me like he has no rights and abandoned state 🤷🏻♀️ haven’t seen him in a year? I’d ask his name and say you forgot at this point 😂 but really won’t he need to establish paternity before he can even send a lawyer to mediation?
Yes we took a test back in February to confirm he is the father
