I am 5 weeks pp. So far the most i got ever was 5 oz all together , but that was when i wasn’t able to pump or empty for 3-4 hours. I get around 3 oz ,4 oz if im lucky, my baby boy eats 4 oz daily and 5 oz to get full for the night (sleeps longer that way throughout the night ) i am a bit disappointed because i cant even pump out what he eats in a day but as long as my baby is fed that’s all that matters! don’t beat yourself up mama ! as long as your baby is fed that’s all that matters. i saw this quote that said “don’t feed the freezer feed your baby” and that changed my whole perspective:)
I’m 7 weeks pp this week i started to pump only the right side an I get about 2-3.5 oz every 2-3 hours so basically 1oz a per hour , an I let my baby feed on the left side . So about 24oz per boob a day. I used to feel away about those same videos your talking about but I learned the oz’s I get a day is actually normal .
Depending on how long i go (like overnight 12 hrs), i get anywhere from 9-22oz per session ☠️ i average 10-14oz though. My freezer stash is almost 1500 oz
I get anywhere from 6-12 oz every 4 ish hours. I am also 7 weeks pp.
Average output when replacing a feed is 2-4oz total. Average output if pumping after a feed is .5-2 ounces total. Your supply is just fine! I think the only things you see online are people with an oversupply which comes with its own problems.
8.5 weeks PP. I make about 27oz a day total. Fluctuates a little day to day (24-30). I’ve made that pretty much since my milk came in so I do have a freezer stash. I usually get 2.5-4.5 per session pumping 7 times a day. The most I have ever gotten was 7.75oz and I went about 8 hours without pumping.
8w pp, I get about 1-3.5 oz from each breast every 20 minute session!
Anything more than what baby eats is an oversupply! You are doing amazing and everyone's journey is different and not comparable. I bf and pump and have had a dip in supply due to stress 8 weeks pp
