Our baby is the same. I know it doesn't help but it is still really biologically normal for babies to want to be near us when they sleep at this age. I know cosleeping is controversial but please have a look on the Lullaby Trust website for the Safe Sleep 7. As it sounds like you are struggling to get sleep and the worst thing is to be so sleep deprived that you end up sleeping with the baby by accident unsafely. If you know the safe cosleep guidelines then at least you have that ready if you need in an emergency. My baby will only cosleep next to me at night and day, so you are not alone. Honestly, cosleeping saved my sanity. Now when baby wakes (which is rarely) she settles much easier and i dont even have to get up. There are plenty of us in the same boat, even though it doesn't seem it and it seems like everyone's baby is sleeping alone all night in a crib perfectly!
Thank you @Catherine
In exactly the same boat 😔 I’m sorry I have no advice but you’re not alone!
