Sleep regression?

Our LG is 19 weeks and has slept 10-12 hours through the night since around 6/8 weeks when HV said her weight was good and we didn’t have to wake her to feed every 3 hours. Since then I’ve been reading loads about sleep regression and how tough it is but it hasn’t hit us yet until possibly now She went to bed as normal around 8pm and woke at about 12:30 until about 3:30am which hasn’t happened since the early days so was very unlike her! Fed her when she first woke and again at 3:30am and she drained both bottles before going back to sleep until about 9am. One thing I did notice is that she wasn’t really cranky or upset at all the whole time she was awake, just mostly cooing and chatting away to herself! Even this morning for her first nap she woke after an hour when she usually goes 2 hours without budging. I put her dummy in when she woke up and after a few mins she went back to sleep for like another 40 mins. A long boring post but I’m just trying to see if this is others experience with sleep regression as well or if I need to up her feed amounts or any other advice?😅

I wouldn't make any decisions on amount of feeds or change on routine based on one dat only See how she does for the rest of the week.

My boy is 18weeks and he has started waking up at 5:30am when he used to sleep until 7am. He eventually goes back to sleep until 6:45 when i wake him but also all Of a sudden his naps are completely random, sometimes hell wake after 30mins ready to go and sometimes when i wake him after almost 2hrs he doesnt want to wake up - i literally have no idea how much sleep this boy wants/needs right now!

Maybe this is the regression that we thought we skipped 😭

@Roshni that’s what I’m thinking! It’s only been a day so far so going to see how things progress but yes we may not have been as lucky as we thought😂
