8.30pm sometimes even 9pm. Our mornings start at 0830am
7:15 and sleeps 11 hours till 6:15. Id love to manipulate this to a 9-8 but it doesn’t work for us around work (I was in the office from 7:30 today) and nursery x
My LG goes to bed at 10pm 👀 wakes around 7:30, some mornings where she’s napped less the day before 8/9
@Chloe nice to see someone else has a late bedtime too! We have such busy evenings by the time my partner gets in from work 🤣🤦🏽♀️
Dinners at 5 Change nappy at 7 Then up She’s asleep by 7:10 mostly
Currently we do dinner around 6.30 and then bath around 7/7.15 with stories and asleep by 8. Might change when she starts nursery as she will only get home at 6.15.
We’re a bit all over the place being away but when at home, she goes in bed for 7:30pm, sometimes asleep straight away, sometimes can be up to an hour before she goes off
6.30/7pm for us. She's shattered by then with all the crawling.
We've just started an 8pm bed time. It's been gradual, and helped along by the clocks changing because before that we where lucky if she stayed awake past 630pm and that meant we hardly got any time with her after work/nursery and always ate separately. It works better this way and she sleeps a solid 11.5 hours at night with naps so she gets the sleep she needs.
