Sports bra - breast feeding friendly

Is there such a thing as a breastfeeding friendly sports bra? I've only just gone back to the gym 4 months post partum. I've been squeezing my boobs back into my old, pre pregnancy sports bras. I noticed that there was a LOT of boob movement, so I'm after something more supportive. Recommendations please x

I just grab the first one that popped up on Google after typing in "sport bra breastfeeding" there's a few options but on the slightly pricey side unless you're comfortable with looking secondhand on vinted for example

Yup. I got a H&M one on Vinted!

Latched or natal active

I’ve got one from Latched and also one from my protein. Both have been great x

I got mine from hotmilk.co.uk

I’m currently wearing my protein ones and they are great!

I never bothered with one tbh. I would just put my spirts bra on to work out and take it off as soon as I got home feed the baby and jump in the shower. I find regular sports bras have better support (32GG) x

I have nursing sports bras from hot milk which is OK, good for general low impact workouts. And one from natal active which I really rate, I’ve been able to go out running with it and found it to be supportive enough - although I would say that I’m currently a 36D and I’m not sure how well it would cope with high impact if you have a particular large chest, it it’s been fab for me!
