Transition from breast milk to whole milk

Any suggestions/advise how to slowly transition to whole milk from the breast? I don’t use bottles , bubba drinks straight from the breast. I hear methods from mums transitioning from formula by gradually adding milk to it 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% overtime but how can I do this if I breastfeed without bottles😆any tips would be appreciated x

Just introduce a little bit in a cup at a time ☺️ x

No need to introduce it at all. I didn’t bother as my twins didn’t like the taste. They can get dairy in different forms, yogurt, cheese etc.

Im putting bits in her straw cup that she drinks water from, but they only need 2 portions of dairy a day instead of this milk if you wanted to carry on breastfeeding. Im trying to do cows milk in the day and bf at night

My breastfed baby never has even swallowed cows milk she’s so grossed out by it, turning 2 next week and still nursing. I wouldn’t worry too much. Introduce it in a cup and don’t stress if she doesn’t like it, just offer lots of dairy like cheese and yogurt :)
