Expressing breast milk and taking it out in a bottle

How are mama’s taking out breast milk that has been expressed to make sure it stays cool? If going out for the day or going out longer than the couple of hours that it can stay at room temperature, is there a way of extending this and making sure the milk is safe for baby to drink?

I carry it in a cooler with ice packs. I have a portable warmer so I can warm the milk when she's ready to eat.

What I done is, expressed an hour before my LO feed. I use a wearable pump, I pumped and poured it in the bottle for the LOs feed. Found that more helpful

I exclusively pump and if I’m going out for the day, I will put bottles of milk in a cool bag with ice packs, then I will warm the bottle in a jug of boiling water to take the chill off before feeding my daughter x
