Helpppp breast feeding issue

Baby has been cluster feeding as well as rooting to which I offer breast but just keeps latching for a few seconds and then unlatching like she’s not hungry. Or sometimes will leave nipples in mouth and let milk accumulate. I know I have milk because I’m leaking. I have been drying nipple and her mouth to avoid her slipping off but it’s not doing anything. I just struggled with her for 2hrs!!! Didn’t want to be put down,Kept rooting but not latching to feed
