Bottle recommendations

Hey fellow moms! I'm reaching out for some advice. I'm trying to wean my breastfed baby off, my supply is getting low. I've already tried a few different bottles and nipples (Dr. Brown's, Philips, Nuk, and Lansinoh), but so far, nothing seems to be working. My baby is really resistant to taking a bottle, and I'm getting worried. Has anyone else experienced this? What bottles or nipples worked for you? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, moms!

Mam!

Tommie tippee is what I used for all my kids. Their nipples are very close to the natural shape of the breast and also their anti-colic system works very well.

Hi ! I’m in the same weaning situation. It’s been tough. My ped recommended switching over directly to sippy cups and we are still trying lots of different brands of those as well. I find that something works for a few days or week before she rejects it again. Is your baby eating a lot of solids? I give her about a third of her daily formula goal mixed in with food. It has saved me so much frustration!

BOON brush bottles work really well otherwise with them being almost 1 you could try a straw cup

I use dr brown glass colic bottles

I used the Avent natural response to wean mine at 8 months. However, since they are turning a year soon, I wouldn't invest too much in bottles because the recommendation is to have them off bottles very soon after the one year mark. Trying to go right to straw or sippy cups is probably a better move.

I was told that after age 1 babies shouldn’t continue with a bottle? So maybe introduce him to a straw cup instead

Try a straw cup! We use the evenflo balance bottles but my babe has used a straw cup since she was 7 months old! I like the nuk one that’s silicone!
