I’d also recommend getting in touch with the physio. Sounds a bit like it could be pelvic floor related. I had issues with my pelvic floor following a tear during my first delivery and experienced the ‘heavy’ feeling too - no signs of anything being out of place/prolapse. Worked on my pelvic floor and symptoms really improved!
They say don’t lift anything heavier than your baby for 6weeks if you can 💖 I decided to just carry my little one to appointments to avoid lifting the pram - it can be super heavy and awkward and put pressure on your new wounds/bruises. Or! Ask a friend, family member to accompany you for support and physical help!
Hello, your labour sounds very much like my first labour. It sounds like you need to refer yourself to your local women's physio. I think you can self refer yourself until you reach 12 weeks pp. I self referred myself after my first labour and it was so helpful. My episiotomy became so much more comfortable and the physio helped my healing so much better. I hope this helps and hope you feel better soon x
