Spitting up milk - soaking

So my second daughter is expected to be following with my first with a cows milk allergy. However, we have been to GP and hospital as she hasn't been putting on weight. We now have the correct milk for her to trial for 2 weeks to see if she puts on weight. My issue is that she is dribbinging/spitting up her milk. She gets absolutely soaked I started with TT bottles and then moved to NUK, and after she drank well from the hospital bottles, I went back to TT. However, she's now just soaking herself again. I would love some advice if someone is in the same position? Or has been before

Mine dribbled a crazy amount for the first few months, he was CMPA too, not sure if it’s related but u I thought there was something wrong because I was going through 10 soaked bibs a day at one point, then one day it just turned off like a tap x

Oh okay, thank you that's helpful. Which bottles do you use? I have no idea of the teets will make a difference to this or if it's going to happen regardless x

@Annabelle I used mam bottles, tried so many different brands but nothing changed so I stuck with mam. I did use slow flow for ages because the CMPA milk was so thin though x
