Cervical ectropion

I had this five years ago and was bleeding all the time they think it was caused by taking the pill. They did a colposcopy and cauterised the cells, super quick and virtually pain free procedure. i stopped taking the pill and haven’t had a problems since ! X

I have this! Have had it cauterised which stopped the bleeding but I still have it as they mention at smears and when I had my baby x

I was told the pill caused it for me as I was on it for 5/6 years. I have it cauterised in the end which wasn’t painful. X

@Georgia wow that’s crazy! Might have to get mine treated. Did u get any other symptoms apart from bleeding like dull cramping/period sort of pains? That’s why I’m getting 😭x

I would bleed heavillllly when I had intercourse and they said it’s because of my cervical entropion. I then got diagnosed later down the road with other issues regardless but at the time it was due to the ectropion. I found it painful sometimes yes x
