C-section exercise?

How do I transition from walking to jogging 😅 4 weeks post c section today and been doing around 4k every week day for the school run since around 2 weeks. My eldest and me want to start up the park run again which is 5k but ideally want to do more than just walk it, everyone keeps saying gradually work up but at what point can I and how do I gradually go from walking to jogging to eventually running? I’ll be pushing the littles in a double buggy too.

No advice but just wanted to say that photo is beautiful, the smile on the middle child’s face is heart melting!

Ideally should wait 6 weeks before retuning to exercise, it's major surgery. Running puts major pressure on your pelvic floor. Have you been seen by a pelvic floor physio to be signed off for exercise?

@Callie we were worried Flynn would be jealous because he’s only 18 months but he absolutely adores her 🤣

@ED93 not looking to run it just yet, just wondering how to actually transition from walking it at the moment to once I’m cleared jogging it feels like a huge step between them 😅
