Something cold in your bra helps. Keep a pack of baby wipes in the fridge and tuck one in each side of your bra when itās really painful. They used to advise savoy cabbage leaves in your bra (which is what I used ten years ago with my first) but now they say that can dry up your supply. So donāt do that š I do wonder if thereās an alternative because that was so wonderfully soothing.
Look up reverse pressure softening to help latch baby. Your milk will regulate in time, just keep feeding on demand, youāre doing great šš¼

Just keep feeding baby they will naturally go down over the next few days when you feed. Or just hand express abit off eaxh time or get in the shower and let some naturally come out. Don't pump as it will just increase your supply and your boobs will mske more milk. But your baby should just keep feeding and probs start cluster feeding and they should go down in a day or two. Remember to eat and drink lots because breastfeeding makes you super hungry and thirsty xx
