Pump Nights
Any mamas out there who pumps nights? How do you do it? Do you pump after bf your LO? How many times do you pump overall? 1 or 2 times to keep your supplies and not get engorged by morning? I heard if you keep getting engorged by morning and not pump nights you’ll loose your milk supply?

i didn’t pump at night with my first kid and had to be on formula by 6 months as supply was low only getting 3oz each pump just had another and am pumping 2x a night so far and producing 5-6oz total each pump maybe more.

I nurse my baby during the day and pump twice at night.My baby is more of a snacker when nursing while she takes a full bottle at once so its just easier for me to pump 20mins twice at night rather than nursing her every other hour or so.
