I would consider medication. It’s been very helpful for me personally and I’ve been on it for about 5 years. Therapy, meditation, try apps or videos that lead breathing exercises. I’ve been stuck in it too and sometimes it’s just the extra push of set a timer for 15 minutes and do what you can in 15 minutes. Then you can do whatever you want after. It’s tough and I’m sorry you’re struggling. I hope you can find some relief.
I honestly feel for you 🙏🏾& right now you really need to focus on yourself What are your hobbies hair or makeup or self care? Watch those videos Do you like comedy or cartoons? Watch that.Stop this unhealthy habit of "doom scrolling" today promise me &yourself that you won't do this anymore...YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN TO WASTE YOUR Time looking at things that don't make you feel good or that you can use to improve your life.Watch HGTV or tutorials of something you want to learn to do whether it's cooking or origami...you have 1 trillion & 1 things to choose from to occupy your time.Don't choose things that harm your mind by flooding it w/ rubbish. If I were you,I would get on YouTube&search for: Sound bath let the video play sit there, listen& unwind your mind. This Doom&Gloom mindset CAN END TODAY.By ignoring it&ignoring the itch to see the news or "know what's going on" Check in on yourself daily&replace these bad habits w/good habits!❤️
Focus on one thing at a time, put on music to distract yourself. Be productive for 10 minute intervals and then break
Medication is the only thing that helped me. I tried to pick up hobbies but I ended up just wasting money on stuff since I never actually did anything since I was stuck in my bed. I honestly didn’t want to take any medication and I tried my best to avoid it, but after two and a half years of feeling like that I couldn’t do it anymore. I didn’t even recognize myself as a person. I hope you can feel better soon! Take it one day at a time.
Give yourself grace! What @Cassie said I agree completely. If I can get just one thing done I’m ok.
The idea of doing a task fills me with dread, but once I start doing it and I can see the progress it spurs me on!
Do something for yourself. Just for you. Sometimes that helps. Often doing everything for everyone else builds up.
It will do that to you, put on some music ur preference but if you want positive do worship music. Move make ur self move, if not it will cripple you. I don’t if you pray but if you do, do that. Medication helps only so much along with cause other things.
Medication is the only thing that helped me with my anxiety post partum. I'm unmedicated for another mood disorder, and have a ton of good coping mechanisms and skills. But sometimes additional support can make a huge difference
