Co-sleep question

For those who co-sleep, does your baby eat like all night? 😅

Yes! He will unlatch sometimes but he pretty much nurses all night and through most every nap lol

And when he gets wiggly every couple hours I roll to the other side of him and give him the other boob.

He used to be now he ,,cries’’ or wiggles like every 2 hours, dream eats and goes back to sleep. If he is too gassy or have stomach cramps then he is on my boob whole night long lol

@Montine @Jovana me too! & have you noticed if it affects your baby's day time eating?

Oh yes absolutely! What about you?

Pretty much 😅

@Jovana yes me too! Ugh, I feel like as long as she has been cosleeping she doesn't want to eat as much during the day 🤦‍♀️

Yup yup 😆

Oh actually my baby is like that first part of the day and then he is so hungry for the night evening. But like with co sleeping and eating so much during the night I feel like he is not too hungry until about 2pm

I think a lot of it is comfort nursing but before cosleeping he was already waking up to nurse a LOT so I haven’t noticed it changing anything during the day.

Yes, she is 6months and I am trying to figure out our positioning now so mamas chest can rest lol

I put my son next to me, we have big bed so he can reach me with his hand. When he wiggles I actually sit up and grab him to eat and then put him Back down. I feel like that way we both get better sleep and my boobs are not completely empty. Also I feel like that way he sleeps a little longer. When he has tummy issues he pretty much sleeps with my boob and that way he wakes up more often as he falls asleep and boob falls out of his mouth then he wakes up again etc

Yes it’s kinda crazy. She’s weighing 22 pounds at 6 months 😅

I guess my baby’s the odd one out, but we don’t co-sleep the beginning of the night. He sleeps in his crib, then around 2 he comes to bed with me. And he usually starts eating and unlatches himself, and does it again at 5. Then we wake up

Yup lol! Mostly dream eating tho and sometimes he wiggles because he wants to be held 🥹
