Diastesis recti

Currently 12 months after emergency c section and have bulging belly. Got diagnosed with diastesis recti. How did you guys manage to reduce it? Going gym isn't an option as I dont have anyone to look after LO.

Lauren Fitter has AMAZING post c section and diastisis recti workout videos. I’m 3 months pp and already have seen a huge difference not only in how flatter my stomach has gotten but how strong I feel!
