help!
hi for context i had a emergency c section 2 weeks ago! my scar is absolutely fine not red, hot, sore or infected! however i’ve got pain in my right side feels like very painful tugging just above my hip? is this just normal pain from bruising or something i should worry about?? tia

Hey I had the same on my left side. My doctor said it was normal, just the body healing. And yes, it’s definitely painful. I’m 10 months postpartum and it still does that ever so often
I had the same on my left side. It went away after a while, and i didnt have it after my second csection less than 2 years after.
Mine was on the right side
I had similar thing mine left after a few days dunno if it was the side the finished the stitch but it was sore after fit a few weeks
I had an emergency c section 3 weeks ago and also, had the same pain on the right hand side for about a week but i thankfully has gone away now! My stitches haven’t dissolved yet

I had really similar after my second c-section, it was really painful just because of that one tugging area to go from sitting to lying down and vice versa. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about/ mine went after a few weeks and I’ve been completely fine since
