Question!

How long after losing your mucus plug did you go into labor? Sorry I’m a ftm and don’t know what to look for

It isn't necessarily a sign of labor starting. I lost mine and still made it to my induction date a week and a half later.

My first pregnancy I started losing mine about a week before. It’s my second pregnancy now and I’ve been losing it for a week and half now. I don’t see myself going into labor soon. It really isn’t a telltale sign. It’s an indicator your body is getting ready for labor but still hard to tell if it will be a couple days after or a month.

For what I know, that is not a sign of soon to be in labor, in fact you can lost it earlier and it can grow back

With my first two kids labor didn’t start for another week but with my newborn labor started 2 hours after I lost my mucus plug.

It all just depends on your body, some lose their mucus plugs and go into active labor hours to a day later others don't go into active labor for weeks sadly it's not really something you can depend on for labor
