I am over 12 months post breastfeeding and they still look abit sad 💀 much smaller than they used to be but not as saggy or deflated.. I’m not sure if they ever go back to how they were before! I’m not too bothered
@Claudia same, double F cup and my chest looks about 65, i’m 21. trying to get a referral for a reduction 🙃
this is my only selfish reservation about breastfeeding/expressing however it’s such a beautiful accomplishment as a woman to be able to provide that for our babes. i’ve seen so many woman so disappointed as they aren’t able to feed, i think id rather sad boobs than the sadness from not being able feed 🤷🏽♀️
@Hannah I’m not sure if this helps or not, but some of my friends who didn’t breastfeed at all and their boobs are the same as mine and I exclusively BF for a year! I think pregnancy plays a bigger part in your boobs changing than breastfeeding does x
I’ve never breastfed and have two babies, my boobs are very sad 😩😂 I’ve just had to get over it and my partner makes me feel like I’ve got the best boobs in the world♥️
I always have had relatively small boobs. I was a B cup before my 1st, then a C cup after (didn't BF) then with my 2nd I breastfed for a year and now I have A/B 🥲 it really is an adjustment and change. Personally I can't stand how my boons look after breast feeding. I am glad I got to EBF my 2nd but I hate the sad saggy small boobs I have. Hopefully my 3rd will help them perk back up and if not then I'm gonna get a boob job to go back to a C cup
I've never heard of them going back but I have large boobs so there's no hope for me.
