Breastfeeding with teeth
My little boy is 5.5months and has two teeth. He’s exclusively breastfed and has now started biting my nipple when feeding. It’s not often but it’s starting to really hurt!
How long will this last and how do I get him to stop 😅

I’ve heard some mums have reacted by screaming as in pain and the baby gets scared and stops doing it, don’t have experience as my baby doesn’t have teeth yet 🤔

I do my best to not react, unlatch, firmly say no, then hand him a teether.
My baby maybe did this 5 times before she got bored of it. She would have a habit of biting down and then pulling her head away to look around which obviously wasn’t very comfortable. I found like pushing her head into my boob very briefly stopped her from doing that x

It'll last til he gets bored honestly. People say to unlatch and tell them no but I find that makes it into a game. It really really hurts though 💔
