Bowel movements during period

Hi TMI Does anyone else notice a change in bowel movements during your period. I’ve only noticed since having my daughter that when it’s time of month my bowel moments are always loose/mucusy. Just wondering if it happens to anyone else ?

Yeah that’s normal it’s to do with hormone changes.

Totally normal, always happens to me since I was a girl :)

I find symptoms can change over time so you may get ones you never had before or get some for a few months in a row occasionally. Then after 40 things change again even if your not really perimenopause
