See if there is a local sling library near you, they may be able to give you support on doing this safely 😊
@Beth sadly I don’t have sling library near me but I’m super comfortable with the sling and carrier I own. However because I only really own T-shirts I’m wondering what type of tops people wear so I can invest well for those on the go moments. It’s so hard to find anything with a decent enough stretch 🥵
Sorry I hadn’t read you’d said about feeding in a sling, I’ve never done it the links are just tips I’ve used for general breastfeeding
Honestly I’ve found primark style vest tops with thin straps are dead easy to get access to things from the neckline or nursing vests. Nursing tops that come up from your underbust are great for having a bit more coverage but not sure how they would work with a sling
I use Juno jacks and pretty mama t shirts. Can usually unzip them when I loosen the carrier to drop him down to feed.
i just use a wireless sports bra that can easily pulled down, under a top with a stretchy neck so i can just pull it under the boob x
