Totally up to you. We will be on a similar schedule to you childcare wise, but I'll just be keeping breastfeeding for night time until fully weaned off - and using the daytime to give other calcium sources (milk in cooking/cereal,cheese,yogurts etc), as I know with my daughter she won't touch food if satisfied by milk always. Removes the daytime milk stress for us, and that way I know she is getting a varied diet during the day xxx
It's up to you but also up to the baby. Mine went to nursery at 9 months doing 8:00 until 5....for 6 weeks I was pumping every day and supplying it to the nursery but he never wanted it! They tried bottles, beakers, open cups. But he eats so much food at nursery so they said they weren't worried at all. We still b/f mornings, when I collect him and evening
up to you! my daughter is doing the same hours now that she’s 11m and I breastfeed her before nursery and as soon as she is back:)
My baby is EBF too, she has been naturally reducing feeds to only 3/4 during the day. Once she starts nursery I'll still feed her in the morning, evening and overnight if she wants it but I'm not planning on sending milk to nursery. And will do this until she self-weans ☺️
My boy is ebf too, I have got him a cup just for milk and will try to get him to drink it from there during this next month before he starts with the childminder 9-5, 4 days a week. I will provide some ebf to be offered but if he doesn’t take it I won’t stress as he will be over 1 and will feed when collected. He eats well and food becomes the main source of nutrition after 1yr x
Completely up to you x
