Elective C Section

Hey, So my baby is breech so I’m going to a C-Section, however I have Low Papp-A and due to do that they’ve told me they can’t keep the baby inside after 39 weeks. The doctor tried to book me in for when Im 39 weeks but the week is completely full. I am waiting for a call from them to arrange a day for my C-Section. Have anyone had a familiar experience and what exactly should I expect? I am quiet scared as they’ve told me it’s risky to keep the baby more than 39 weeks.
