Thank you! I was just going to see how it goes as no signs of infection. Glad im not the only one experiencing it, I hard no pain at all for weeks so werent expecting it to come back xx
Yes mine took 3-4 months to feel better and less tugging. It’s only 7 months post partum where my scar is feeling much less sensitive! Hope it keeps improving for you!
Im 7 weeks, 3 days pp and still getting a pain in my belly too, its like numb on the outside but if bubba kicks it by accident it hurts? 🤔 Weird but yes hurting too! Xx
yeah, I remember feeling some weird soreness around that area too, it kinda just takes time to heal, ya know? xx Just looked it up on the 'Heal App' and here's what it says: "It's not uncommon to experience some soreness or discomfort around the incision area after a C-section, especially around 8 weeks postpartum. This could be due to the healing process, muscle tightness, or even nerve regeneration in that area. However, if the pain is persistent or worsening, it’s important to monitor it closely. To help alleviate discomfort, consider gentle stretching and walking, as these can promote healing and improve circulation. Additionally, using a supportive abdominal binder may provide some relief. Have you noticed any other symptoms, such as swelling, redness, or discharge from the incision site?
Yes, I am the same 7.5 weeks pp. I think it's pretty normal to feel discomfort a few weeks after the surgery. If you're concerned just speak to your GP, but speaking to my friends who also had cc, they all felt some sort of pain/ discomfort months after the surgery.
