Oh no I'm sorry 😞 to be honest though all that happened at my pelvic physio appointments was she did internal examinations and told me to download the squeezy app & advised me to do pelvic floor exercises and over time it has improved x

I got a referral through my GP to pelvic physio, maybe go back to your GP and ask if they can refer you
