Hey, my baby has a cold and usually when she has a cold I never know what to do lol. She's not eating well and the only thing she wants is milk... What do I do ? Is it okay to give her some milk instead of food ? She's refusing everything.
She's usually quite good at eating
.. I've been trying to give her some fruit as well to help with hydration but nothibg as well... help !

I was just in the same situation, my doctor said just to keep up the fulids. I found frozen fubes (yogurts) help my boy. We used Johnson vapour bath , Vicks. My boy had high temp so did 2 hours paracetamol 2 hours ibuprofen which helped. Hope she feels better soon x
When mine has a cold I tried our chicken stock and that’s all I could get her to eat I just put it in a bottle , just a couple of ounces, it’s enough to get some minerals and protein in , also I tried rice babies find it fun just to sit there and pick up took mine a while when she went feeling great but just leaving her alone with it within 10 minuets she was shoveling it into her , hope she gets better soon

I would give baby whatever she wants until she feels better. A nice warm bath might also help to clear her Airways. Calpol saline spray was good for us too. You can also get a vicks plug in, and vicks vapour rub, and even use a humidifier for olbus oil if you wanted ❤️ hope she feels better soon. Give the doctor a call if you are worried x
