I’ve packed a nightie with boob access, maternity pads, disposable underwear, spritz for bitz, a maxi dress to come home in, nursing bras, cleanser, flannel, hairbrush, ice pads, hand sanitiser, hair bands, mini fan and lip balm. Breast pads toothbrush and toothpaste

Snacks, toiletries, a fan, charging cable, comfy pyjamas, flip flops, a towel (after my first pregnancy, a shower is a must), headphones, comfy pants, maternity pads and breast pads, my best and most secure bras as this helps with leakages and soreness, nipple cream... maybe a colouring book or reading book (I'm having an elective c-section. This will keep my mind occupied during the wait) and a small present from baby to her big sister for her first visit 💕 I'd also suggest that your birthing partner has their own bag as well.. oh, and the most important thing is the pregnancy notes and birth plan. I have my playlist ready for the c-section!!

@Zoe this is almost exactly what I'm bringing, plus - Sprayable water in a can - Eye mask & loop ear plugs A thank you for midwives, what a good idea! 🌸

No one has put Deodorant but assuming you'll bring some
