Anyone got any tips for nipple pain, 30 weeks now and my nipples sting so much in the evening 😭😭

When I go out in the cold yes! Has been so nice being warm lately and I went for a late night dog walk the other night when it was much cooler and they were on fire 😩

Mine did that and the skin started flaking off a few days later! I bought some lanisoh nipple ointment with lanolin and it helped. I figured I'll probably need it for breastfeeding anyways, so I might as well buy it early and try it out!
