@Jennifer how was your recovery? I can definitely feel the internal pressure too. How do you manage it?
I haven’t got back into exercise yet but I’m desperate to start. My stomach still feels so tender and uncomfortable when I’m doing any sit up or stretching motion so I’m abit nervous. I think like Jennifer I’m going to start with something low impact like Pilates and ease my way back into running and weight lifting x
Pram walks are very good. Up your pace. Then, if you like running you could build up to running with baby.
Be kind to yourself I am almost 6 months post c section and have just started pilates again and managing okay but my body feels much weaker than before and I can feel my stomach is still sightly healing internally
