Naps at nursery

@Georgia it’s horrendous isn’t it! We hve a family meal tonight after only a 30 minute nap and I’m just dreading it!
Between 30 & 37 mins my LO is susceptible to waking. If we are in the car or pram she’ll always wake. If at home and she’s in her cot literally any noise like flushing a loo, washing up in the kitchen below or talking at all will wake her up! We literally go silent during that time. If she gets passed that she’ll do 2-3h! There’s no chance at nursery and I’m dreading the consequences. We start next week
@Emma it’s the worst! She used to do an hour plus but this week she’s gone back to 30 mins! But she has been sleeping 12+ hours then throughout the night 🤷🏼♀️ I hope your little one gets on well!
Wow that’s amazing! If she sleeps 12 hours a night without wake ups she can do whatever she likes during the day!!! I’m still up at least once, recently twice again. We went through a period just after Christmas where she was sleeping through half the time but back to 1-2 now
Ours has never napped well at nursery. He has a severe case of FOMO. He will happily nap anywhere from 1 to 3 hours at home but nursery days, 30 mins at the most! It makes him a nightmare in the evenings :(
