Makes sense as our bodies go through a lot with pregnancy and all sorts of things can come up after. I also have motion sickness my whole life. I'd highly recommend TransdermV it's a medicated patch that goes behind your ear 2 for $20 back in the day (lasts for 3 days) takes 12 hours to kick in I found it would get blurred vision i spoke to the pharmacist and they said to cut the patch in half. That worked and it's the only thing for me that actually works. I was able to go on roller coasters and a cruise ship thanks to the patch. Not recommend to drink 🍸while on it but I did.
yeah, I totally get that, I used to love roller coasters too but after my kids, it's like my body just decided to betray me, ugh! I’ve heard that hormones can mess with your inner ear balance or something, so maybe that’s part of it? but honestly, I think just having a bunch of remedies on hand like you do is a smart move, good luck on that cruise! I actually checked the 'Heal App' for this and here’s what it says: "It sounds really challenging to deal with increased motion sickness, especially after enjoying activities like roller coasters in the past. Hormonal changes after pregnancy can affect various bodily functions, including balance and inner ear sensitivity, which might explain your heightened sensitivity. While it’s not uncommon for some women to experience changes in motion sickness after childbirth, it’s important to note that individual experiences can vary widely. For your upcoming cruise, the measures you've taken-Dramamine, wrist bands, and ginger chews—are great
I’m going through this now.
