Just to say a good idea would be to do a test before you go of freezing/defrosting some of your milk for baby. A lot of women have high lipase which causes the milk to taste metallicy or soapy so baby refuses. Good to know before you go if so as there are ways around it.
Another tip, make sure to write on the bag how much milk is in it. Once the bags are frozen it can be really hard to tell. I always used to defrost milk by dunking the bag into a jug of hot water which only took a few minutes.

Put in breast milk bags, lay flat in freezer. When you want it, the ideal is to put in fridge 24 hours before but all we do is get it out of freezer when we need it and submerge in warm water until it’s defrosted and become warm! My baby takes it like fridge milk so no issues with it! X
