I’m currently 33 weeks and suffer really bad with it, especially throughout the night. Buying a pregnancy ball was probably the best thing I done to relieve it throughout the day 😬
If you can, try to see a pregnancy trained osteopath… they honestly work miracles for pelvic pain. After the first appointment you come out walking on clouds
Yes. Have been having it for almost a month now. I self referred to NHS Physio, they shared some tips which have helped. I also saw a private physiotherapist but haven’t honestly done all the exercises they shared. Just having good and bad days now
