Waters Breaking?

Has anyone experienced waters breaking in the bath? Im 39+1 and i’ve had some back ache tonight so I had a lay down in the bath and my baby was wriggling around quite a lot as she has been very active tonight, which made me feel like I needed a wee and I feel like I was trying to stop it but felt like liquid was coming out? But being in water already I’m just not sure😂 I’m going to get out of the bath and put a pad on to keep an eye on if i leak but it just felt strange. Because I want my waters to break so badly I’m like am I trying to stop it or not lol x

If you suspect your waters have gone or leaking you need ring triage so they can check you out :) xx

My waters broke in the birthing pool whilst I was in labour. There was a big pop sound and you could see some bits of blood float out into the water

call triage and explain the circumstances, i’m sure they’d be happy to check you out! sure it’ll be annoying if they haven’t gone, but i feel it would be hard to tell if your waters broke in the bath too! and i don’t remember leaking when my waters broke with my first. (this is probably why my labour was so fast, but) when my waters broke, i was asleep and it was a massive gush let me tell you. and then i don’t remember leaking after that, so i assume my waters broke entirely and had drained completely. i started contracting 10 minutes later and 8 hours after my waters broke, my son was born haha! i know some people have a small leak etc, but once mine broke that was it there was no leakage etc just go time 🤣xxx
