For night time to help sleep, docs recommend Unisom and b6 which are over the counter. Unfortunately there is not many otc choices for day time. You can try some nausea chews that are ginger, some people use peppermint oil or those sea sick bands. But the prescriptions can tend to help a little more

My nausea kicked up in the evening and my doula had me add B6 and vitamin D3 with my prenatal that I took at lunchtime. It was such a game changer 😮💨 I also got some Zofran from my midwife just in case lol. But didn’t end up needing more than 1-2 doses

dramamine!!! (less drowsy so be specific) was my go tooooo i had a pack in my nightstand and in my purse at all times. still do currently 🤣
