Drying out boobs - formula feeding
How long til your books dried up? I’m 7 days post c section (milk came on day 3) and they’re still hard as heck even though I’ve left them alone and put a sports bra on x

Hot flannels and empty them? Would that work? X
Wear two bras really tight to strap them down. The less you touch them or move the less they will hurt/produce any milk.
@Samantha they might fill back up though :(
@Samantha I'm really struggling expressing and I have to really go at them just to get a few drops and baby does not like the boob so I'm guessing my output just isn't good so I've added formula but still trying to get as much colostrum as I can for her. Even now they've ballooned gone rock hard and very sore and lumpy but I still can't get loads out 😖
