Baby not interested in milk
Hi, I breastfeed my baby and for the last month or so he has no interest in having milk. He lasts minutes on the breast. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm a bit worried as I know milk is still their main form of nutrition. Thanks!

They are very efficient and will only feed on the boob for a couple of minutes. If mines super hungry, he might feed for 5-10mins. As long as they are having wet nappies they are getting enough
Similar, eating brilliantly and only BF 3/4 times in 24hrs and only in a quiet dim room for a few mins. He is having wet nappies and seems content so reluctant to cut back on the food as dont want to regress with it
@Sally I probably breastfeed like 3-4 times during the day but yes, my baby also seems happy. At night he still wakes up 2-3 times and I breastfeed him each time

How long are you going between feeds? My little girl is now able to go 4-5 hours in between breast feeds, if I offer it when it’s only been 2-3 hours she isn’t interested but she still only feeds for like 4/5 mins at a time as she is so efficient now.
