Leaking breast milk
Hello, FTM here so everything is new to me!
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and have noticed that my nipples have like a crusty white/cream residue on the tip.
I don’t really wear bras all the time and can’t say I’ve noticed any leaking on my clothes but how can I tell that my boobs are just leaking milk or if I should be concerned?
It’s no where else on my boobs literally just the nipple so feel like it may be milk?

You don't NEED to do anything really. If you feel like you're leaking enough to catch and store, you're welcome to. If it's not enough to catch and store, breast pads are an idea if it's bothering you.

I hand expressed and that helped not be so full to leak
