@Lorna I'm not 😞 i have an eletric pump bur it's one i have to hold it on my breast and days where little man don't want to sleep it's had to pump 🙃 so might invest in hands free eletric pump
you can also fasten the pump in your bra, in any kind of bra, pumping frequently is key, specially at night
or put them on boobs
Eat more of oat porridge and lots of water, it helps too sis.
Get hands free!
Investing in the hands free pump could end up cheaper than all the formula so if I were you I would go for it!
@Raman yeah I'm looking at hands free, do you have any suggestions looking at the momcozy atm
@Kathryn do you have any suggestions on what one to get? Xxx
Id recommend the Evie manual pump, it goes in your bra and does the job itself. I had couple and it worked well for me, but in the end we decided to stop breastfeeding as it made al three of us extremely exhausted. x
@IncognitoI see. My midwife told me to pump every three hours when baby would be feeding, alternating the breasts each time. 9am left side/ 12pm right side 3pm left side/ 9pm right side etc That way you body is producing enough milk per babies feed. Maybe you could give that a try xx
Are you pumping every three hours when baby would be due a feed? Could you invest in an electric pump?
