My little boy was 2 in January. He’s going through a phase of high separation anxiety. I don’t want it to become a full time thing where he sleeps in our bed, so when he wakes, I’ve been snuggling him back to sleep in his toddler bed. He wakes every night around 12am for me.
Has anyone got tips on slowly reducing this, in hopes he’ll start to sleep through the night again.
