pooping while sleeping?

babe is 14-2 rn and she just keeps pooping during her sleep. i try and avoid feeding her too soon before bed and trying to encourage her to go after dinner (we’re working on figuring out potty training so having her sit on the potty or a poop massage if that doesn’t work) but even if she’s pooped like 3-4 times during the day she just keeps going in her sleep which i guess wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t usually more liquidy than solid and causing her to have rashes. the other night she woke up screaming because it was more acidic i guess? and with how much it happens we literally have to have a special anti bacterial rash cream prescription sent in from her doctor since the destin alone isn’t helping she just woke up from a nap and had pooped again. which obviously i can’t tell while she’s asleep since she’s in her nursery alone and the baby monitor doesn’t have smell-o-vision :b. this one doesn’t seem to have been hurting her despite being more mushy but again with her rash from the one like 2 nights ago it’s not ideal. is anyone else having this issue? or know what i can do to either get her to go before bed or just not go when she’s asleep? thanks

Do you mean she's 14 months (minus two for her adjusted age?) I would layer the Desitin rash cream with Aquaphor. Use a very generous layer of each. I find that created a better barrier than just one rash cream

Thick barrier cream. It's probably acidic due to teething. Change poos immediately including overnight. If she poos in naps, I suggest you stay in the room while she naps so you hear/smell if she poos

I’m assuming she’s well into eating solid food now, I’d really investigate what is causing her runny stool and at that frequency. She may be intolerant of something she’s eating

lol i’m just so used to referring to her age when she was still an infant that i age her in months and weeks 😅
