If your baby is having plenty of wet diapers and gaining weight appropriately, you don't have a low supply. Not all women will leak. I technically have an oversupply, it's not huge though. I do pump more than my baby drinks as an exclusive pumper, but only about 4-5 oz more a day. I don't leak unless it's been too long since my last pump and my boobs get stimulated.
I leaked more in the early days I guess due to supply not regulated yet, milk coming in and probably mostly the fact that I’d forget and have the other side free and not in the bra, but I’ve found having the pressure from the bra keeps the milk at bay on the opposite side. I’d leak a lot mid feed when I’d take him off for a burp but again he’s a more efficient feeder and takes less air on now his tongue tie is divided plus I’m slicker and pulling up my bra quickly to stem the flow (I hate the feeling of being wet/wasting milk). Weirdly I remember using breast pads far more with my first baby, not used them at all this time! I guess at 7 weeks which is where we’re at too supply has regulated a bit more? I really hope it’s not a sign of low supply but so far here there’s been steady growth (maybe even up a centile) so I guess not? I hope that helps a bit but I’m no expert, I’d go to a breastfeeding support session if you’re concerned xx
It's not a sign of low milk supply. I generally don't leak either, unless I'm engorged, and I'm an over supplier. As long as babe feels satisfied after feeds and you hear swallows while feeding you have enough milk. I've found oats, drinks with electrolytes, and staying well hydrated helps with keeping supply up or boosting it.

not at all some ppl are naturally oversuppliers and have heavier let downs but you can always get a haakaa and “pump” the opposite side the baby is feeding on that’s how i built my initial of stash early days
