@Alexis I'm from the UK I have no idea what that is 🫣
@Rhiannon it’s someone who adjust your joints without having to use medication
Back pain and pelvic floor go hand in hand I would go see a pelvic floor therapist
I had severe back pain after giving birth the first time and ended up having to have an operation at 10 months pp. Your pain/symptoms sounds very different to what I had but this is the route I took… First off, go to the GP and ask to be referred for an MRI. These take ages to schedule so in the meantime you can explore other options. If you can afford it, book a ‘Mummy MOT’ or find and ‘women’s health physiotherapist’ in your area. They will do a full internal, external examination. Check your alignment, check for prolapse, bladder control, ab separation etc. All the things that should be included at your 8 week check but isn’t on the NHS 🙄 Unfortunately you will have to pay for this and can be around £100 but it’s totally worthwhile in my opinion. They will give you an exercise plan to help with anything they find wrong. Or refer you for anything more serious. You can also look into physio therapy, osteopath or chiropractor. They all treat…
… spinal injuries in different ways. I think finding out what you’ve done/what’s wrong and then finding which treatment will work best for you. Chiropractor did nothing for my pain but physio helped a little. My husband sees an osteo for his back… they all do similar but different.
Have you gone to the chiropractor?
